How much is U.S. shipping?

Standard U.S. shipping is $6.99 for orders below $50 after discounts. Standard shipping is free for orders of $50 or more after discounts.

When will my order arrive?

Orders normally require 1–2 business days to process. Standard delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed and complete with original packaging, accessories and labels. Contact us before returning anything.

Where do I send my return?

Return locations vary. Vvinca will provide the applicable return instructions after approving the request. Do not send returns to the company contact address.

Products and warranty

How do I choose goggles?

Use the listed age range as a starting point, then consider face width, nose bridge, strap type and preferred coverage. Fit varies by child; no goggle can guarantee a leak-free fit on every face.

Are swim vests life jackets?

No. Unless a product page expressly states a specific regulatory approval, Vvinca swim vests and flotation aids must not be treated as life jackets or life-saving devices. Always maintain close, capable adult supervision.

What does the warranty cover?
