These Terms govern your use of vvinca.com and purchases from Vvinca, operated by Guangzhou Gaia E-commerce Technology Co., Ltd.. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Online store terms

You must be legally capable of entering a purchase agreement and provide accurate account, billing and shipping information. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activity or interfere with its security or operation.

Products and information

We work to present product descriptions, images, colors, availability and prices accurately. Display colors and minor manufacturing details may vary. We may correct errors, update information, limit quantities, refuse or cancel orders, or discontinue products. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount.

Orders, pricing and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted when we confirm or fulfill it. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping and other charges are shown where applicable. Discounts are subject to their stated eligibility and combination rules and are not applied retroactively.

Shipping, returns and warranty

Our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and One-Year Limited Warranty form part of these Terms. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk allocation and consumer remedies remain subject to applicable law.

Product use and child safety

Follow all product instructions, warnings, age and fit guidance. Adult purchasers are responsible for appropriate selection and supervision. Children must remain under close, capable adult supervision around water. Unless a product page expressly states a specific approval, swim vests and flotation aids are not life jackets or life-saving devices and do not replace approved safety equipment.

Intellectual property

The Vvinca name, site content, text, graphics, photographs, designs and other materials are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, distributed or commercially used without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The site may use or link to Shopify and other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party sites, content or practices. Use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not exclude warranties, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where limitation is permitted, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from site use or products. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses arising from your unlawful use of the site or material breach of these Terms.

Severability and waiver
