Track a shipment
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier and tracking number. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show the first carrier scan.
If tracking has not updated
Carrier scans can pause during weekends, holidays, severe weather or network delays. Please allow two additional business days after the estimated delivery date before contacting us.
Marked delivered but not received
Check the delivery area, household members, neighbors and any building reception or parcel room. Some carriers mark packages delivered shortly before final delivery. If the package remains missing after two business days, contact the carrier and then Vvinca with your order and tracking numbers.
