U.S. shipping rates
- Orders below $50 after discounts: $6.99 standard shipping.
- Orders of $50 or more after discounts: free standard shipping.
The order subtotal used for the free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before shipping charges and applicable taxes.
Processing and delivery
Orders normally require 1–2 business days to process. Standard U.S. delivery is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weekends, holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, address issues or high-volume periods.
Tracking
A tracking email is sent after dispatch. It may take up to 48 hours for tracking activity to appear.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or undeliverable address may be deducted from a refund or charged before reshipment.
Lost, damaged or incorrect deliveries
Contact customerservice@vvinca.com promptly with the order number, tracking details and photos where applicable. We may require reasonable cooperation with a carrier investigation. This policy does not limit rights available under applicable law.
