Vvinca products purchased from vvinca.com include a one-year limited warranty beginning on the delivery date.

What is covered

The warranty covers verified defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, Vvinca may repair the product, provide the same or a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or refund the affected product.

What is not covered

• Normal wear, fading, scratching, fogging caused by care or use, or material aging
• Loss, theft, accidental damage, misuse, impact, alteration or improper storage
• Damage caused by failure to follow product instructions or care guidance
• Fit preference, change of mind or ordinary cosmetic variation
• Products bought from an unauthorized seller or without valid proof of purchase

How to make a claim

Email customerservice@vvinca.com or contact WhatsApp at +1 (983) 205-3733. Include your order number, purchase date, a description of the issue and clear photos or video. Do not discard or return the product until instructed.

This limited warranty does not replace rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
